7 minute workout timer slides

Once I have read "Long workouts are not useful, because nobody does it.". This 7 minute workout I have found the other day looks promising. The trick is to keep the intensity high during the workout. You get the benefits in much less time. Of course you are supposed to alter the routine according to your performance, e.g. do 2 sets if 1 is not enough. The routine is as follows: you do each exercise for 30 seconds with 10 seconds breaks in between them.

You need only a chair to complete the whole routine. However, I couldn't find a smooth way to time the exercises so I came up with this power point slides that serve as exercise timer. It is not very pretty but does the job.
